Will your course teach me to kick butt?

While you will learn lethal moves, it’ll be for the purpose of defending yourself from a violent criminal. You’ll learn how to defend yourself from hand-to-hand attacks, knife attacks, gun attacks, rifle and shotgun attacks. More important, you’ll learn Security Awareness and Avoidance techniques that will help keep you from violent situations where you’ll need to. But picking fights and kicking butt are not the point of my course. Protecting yourself is.

Will it work for someone with no fighting or martial arts experience?

 It’s worked for thousands of people – from police officers to college professors and nurses – with no previous experience.
